Master's of Engineering from University of Waterloo

FARID AMEHDI M.Eng, is a Site Manager at Royal Land Luxury Homes ltd. with a background in structural engineering and construction management. He achieved his bachelor degree in Structural Engineering and he continued his education and received his Master's degree in Civil Engineering (construction management). He has involved in residential & commercial structure design and successfully managed many high-rise construction and custom homes buildings in his career.

Architect/Mechanical Engineer

Phd in Civil Engineering from University of Waterloo

Saeed Mollaei, P.Eng is a Mechanical Engineer and Architect at Royal Land Homes, with Years of experiences in the construction industries (project management, engineering & procurement).
Experiences include project management, consulting,  supervision, training, and procurement. Extensive computer related experience such as: Compress, DesignCalcs, CodeCalcs, SolidWorks, AutoCAD.

 Site Manager/Estimator

Ariz Lahoni is our site manager and estimator in royal Land Homes. He has 9 years of extensive knowledge in estimating projects and construction management. He achieved his Masters in France in Geo-technical Engineering in 2010 and Construction Estimation Certificate in 2020 in Montreal, QC.

BACHELOR OF INTERIOR DESIGN FROM YORKVILLE UNIVERSITY

GOLNAZ RAUFI is our Interior Designer with visual and creative mind with 15 years of experience in: Residential, workplace & retail Turn-key projects.
She found her interest while studying Industrial design and decided to pursue a second degree in Interior Design at Academy of Design. With many years of practice in Toronto, Dubai and Tehran, she always comes up with the best ideas for client's design needs.
